Matt Ilott here from Local 93 Ottawa. I am a little disturbed with Brother McKennys imput to your link. Ottawa Carpenters support the decisions made on behalf of the membership of Local 93. We would only assume that your support was with us as ours is with you. Look me up in 1989-90 while I was in B.C at Escada Botique St Clair Center on Hastings Street as a transfered member and you will see where McKenny is lying on his Un-authorized Web site. In Ontario the Carpenters have a reputation to eat thier own and as you can see from Brother McKenney's site this is why. We are now doing what Sean wanted in the first place and now he does'nt want this. We as a Union are after the same issues as BC our own area. Brother McKenny is working hand in hand with The Greater Ontario Reginal Council (International supported) and I have first hand information as I spotted him at a secret meeting with them including photos.
