Above, Leif Gilbertson has tied up the rescue boat for the night. Next stage was to shrink-wrap the bridge in poly to contain the lead based paint chips that were water blasted off and contained in a sump. The water was later siphoned off and the remaining concentrated contaminates removed from the site.
